Package Your Pottery
Carefully wrap your items in their original boxes, ensuring they are well-protected with bubble wrap or tissue to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
