Is your pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our earthenware is dishwasher and microwave safe. We recommend using a liquid detergent and low-temperature cycle to keep your pieces looking their best. Please note that our hand-painted items may experience wear over time with frequent dishwasher use.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. During busy periods or sale events, delivery may take up to 7-10 working days. International shipping times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or bespoke items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor its progress.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
While we take great care in packaging our pottery, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items and the packaging to arrange a replacement.
Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?
Yes, we offer a beautiful gift-wrapping service for a small additional fee. You can select this option at checkout and even include a personalized handwritten message for the recipient.
